About the Web Developer (PHP) Role: This is a great opportunity for the Web Developer (PHP) to work on a consumer-facing website, which supports sign-ups and video content. Key Responsibilities: Development of the website aligned with the founders' vision As this is a start-up, you will wear multiple hats including taking parts in other areas of the business if required. Work closely with a remote developer on some projects Implementation of proposed changes including testing and deployment To succeed in this role, you will possess strong and clear communication skills as you will be supporting users remotely. Key Requirements: Strong interest in being in a start-up environment Must be comfortable with working outside your pre-defined work boundaries Experience working in an e-commerce platform start-up is highly preferred Demonstrable experience working in a PHP developer role within a start-up environment Experience in front-end technologies like bootstrap.js will be an advantage This is an interesting opportunity within a lucrative automobile industry - although the company does not own cars, they are able to tap into technology to leverage on the ride-sharing industry.
