| 내용 | Responsibilities: 1. To assist the Software Development Manager in managing various aspects of the software application development projects with minimum supervision including but not limited to: • Manage team of developers • Do hands-on application and database technical design • Do hands-on programming when necessary • Act as Team/Project Lead and interface with end users for requirement gathering, system implementation, UAT, training and system deployment • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) Testing. Defining test plans, manage and conduct test with proper documents • Create & Update Functional and Technical Specification Documents • Application operation support 2. To comply with the standards of the Company and to perform related duties as needed Requirements: 1. Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent 2. Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in software development and gone through multiple full SDLC implementations 3. Experience in delivering /participating in critical or complex ERP applications with solid knowledge in business requirements gathering, change management and testing 4. Strong technical skills and must be able to conceptualize and produce concrete solutions 5. Supply Chain & Logistics background on Commodity Trading will be an advantageous 6. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in a. Microsoft .NET (ASP.NET / Win Form/ VB.NET), Crystal Report, RDLC and MS-SQL are preferred b. Designing complex Database Schema c. Layered Application Design d. Project Management e. Web Design |
