| 내용 | about the company Our client is a leading provider of software solutions, headquartered in UK, with offices in Sydney, Singapore, Canada. They have a flexible work arrangement environment, and a team of developers that are passionate about their work. There are current requirements to hire for a Senior Software Engineer, whom will be involved in development, architectural design, and mentoring of developers. The development will be on high volume of transactions, and high performing systems. You will be working on a technically challenging project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience on large scalable web application, with prior experience working in a cross border team culture being a strong plus. about the job You will function as a lead engineer, focusing on complex projects, diagnosing issues and performance, leading the architectural design and code reviews Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Creating a culture that strives for the best software practices in the team Aim to improve team productivity and achieving team goals together Be willing to adapt work hours to fortnightly overnight releases and maintenance skills & experience required 5 years of experience in software development of large scale web applications in an Agile environment Strong programming abilities within an Agile environment Experience working on various programming languages (i.e., Java, PHP) Experience with Rest/Json, Drupal, Ansible, Continuous Delivery will be a strong plus Experience using Python, Perl or Bash scripting Experience on the LAMP stack Able to take on a technical leadership role, influencing the culture of the software engineers, motivating them to aim for a high level work Strong communication and problem-solving skills Great work ethics and able to work in a team environment Should you be interested to work with on technically complex and challenging projects that will up your level of technical capabilities; this will be the opportunity for you.
