| 내용 | Information: $7000 to $9000 Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonuses MNC Perm Role Responsibilities: Partner with the Project Manager and System Integrator (SI) in the development of the Project Management Plan (PMP) for the entire program to drive consistency and efficiency. Review all work plans and related project management documentation in accordance with the agreed Scope of Work. Develop and update communication plans, project team structure, roles and responsibilities. Monitor, enforce and track project KPIs. Maintain documentation of changes to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain the Issues log, Risk Log and Key Decisions log. Create and maintain collaboration environments using SharePoint or similar system. Align all work streams and identify the associated inter-dependencies. Track the status of all work streams in the programme based on updates from the various Team Leads. Perform resource management and resource requirements forecasting. Support the development of project dashboards and reports. Identify project risks on a continual basis, develop the mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the timely execution of these plans. Partner with Finance and the respective stakeholders in the monthly financial forecasts and reconciliations against budget. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant discipline. At least 7 years of PMO experience in medium to large size IT Transformation projects (multi-million dollar project and more than 20 team members). Strong project planning and management experience. Strong stakeholder management and conflict management skills. Strong experience in evaluating, contracting and vendor negotiations. At least 7 years of system implementation and software development project experience. Prior experience with international consulting firms or SIs. Proven experience in managing large SIs or vendor companies. Experience in change management strategies, planning and execution. Ability to work with vendors that operate across multiple geographical locations. Formal certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) |
